Diagnosis: Periodontal Disease, Tartar, Bone loss and mobile teeth.
Treatment: All remaining teeth were extracted due to over 50% bone loss, Gingivitis, and fractures. Sutures in mouth. Laser therapy to promote healing of incisions in mouth. Medications sent home for inflammation, pain, and infection prevention. Post-dental recheck scheduled in 3 days.
