About Us

Dr. Pan earned her veterinary degree from Cornell University after studying Biologic Sciences at Rutgers and gaining hands-on experience as a veterinary assistant. She completed a rotating internship in multiple specialties and later served as Medical Director for two VCA hospitals in Virginia, earning multiple regional awards. With a strong interest in ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine, she brings years of expertise to Desert View Animal Hospital. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, knitting, swimming, and running half marathons.

Dr. Sosnow, an Arizona native, earned his veterinary degree through the Oregon/Washington State joint program in 2000. He completed intensive clinical training at the Animal Medical Center in New York, rotating through specialties like Cardiology and Internal Medicine. After building a strong client base in Scarsdale, NY, he returned to Arizona to escape the cold. In 2004, he acquired North Scottsdale Animal Hospital, where he focuses on Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Allergy Treatment.​

​Chelsea was originally from New Mexico but grew up all over the United States. She graduated from Kaplan Tech School in 2008 and has been working in the veterinary field since. Chelsea brings dependability, honesty, and friendliness to Desert View Animal Hospital and has been a great asset to the hospital. When she is not working, she likes to cook, spend time with family and friends, and watch TV with her dog, Quinneva and two cats, Cash and Zero.

​Jonathan was born in California but raised in west Phoenix. He has always loved animals. As a little kid he found frogs, lizards, and chickens, but trying to keep them as pets never worked out. Jonathan went to school at Carrington College in 2011 and works full time at Arizona Humane Society in the dog and cat isolation and trauma hospital. In his spare time, he likes to cook and spend time with his family. He has 3 dogs and 1 cat. Molly, Raja, Chanel, and Gucci.

​Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I gained diverse experience in the automotive, medical prosthetics, and retail industries before discovering my passion for veterinary medicine. In 2023, I earned my certification as veterinary assistant and joined the team at Desert View Animal Hospital. I'm excited to continue my skills in customer service with my love for animals to make a positive impact everyday.

Rebekah was born in Chicago, Illinois but raised in Atlanta, Georgia since the of 10. She has always had a love for animals since a very young age and began her veterinary career in 2020 as a Veterinary Assistant. In May 2024, she moved to Arizona with her husband and has been with us a Desert View since June 2024. In her spare time, she likes to watch shows and sleep.

I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, where I grew up surrounded by pets, including dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a snake. My love for animals naturally led me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, which I began in March 2000 after moving to Pinetop, AZ, at the age of 14. In 2001, I returned to Phoenix to get married, and I now have two wonderful children and a home filled with cats and a dog. When I'm not working, I cherish spending time at home with my family.

Melissa was born in Phoenix, AZ but grew up in Las Vegas, NV. She has been in the veterinary field for 10+ years all together. She loves to spend most of her time at home with her husband, son, four cats, and a Betta fish named Marble. She has always had a passion for animals since she was a little girl and started her career in the field working in boarding and daycare facilities, but has since worked her way up to being a receptionist and to quote her "Loving every moment of it".

Patricia was drawn to the veterinary field by her deep love for animals and a desire to ensure they receive the same level of care and compassion we expect for ourselves. She is passionate
about helping make preventive care and regular checkups the standard for every patient. When she’s not at the hospital, Patricia enjoys hiking, exploring new cities, and finding hidden
gems in places she’s never been. She loves staying active and is always on the lookout for new experiences that inspire joy and adventure
