Meet the Doctors and Staff
Dr. Pan earned her veterinary degree from Cornell University after studying Biologic Sciences at Rutgers and gaining hands-on experience as a veterinary assistant. She completed a rotating internship in multiple specialties and later served as Medical Director for two VCA hospitals in Virginia, earning multiple regional awards. With a strong interest in ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine, she brings years of expertise to Desert View Animal Hospital. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, knitting, swimming, and running half marathons.
Olivia Pan
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Sosnow, an Arizona native, earned his veterinary degree through the Oregon/Washington State joint program in 2000. He completed intensive clinical training at the Animal Medical Center in New York, rotating through specialties like Cardiology and Internal Medicine. After building a strong client base in Scarsdale, NY, he returned to Arizona to escape the cold. In 2004, he acquired North Scottsdale Animal Hospital, where he focuses on Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Allergy Treatment.
Josh Sosnow
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Chelsea was originally from New Mexico but grew up all over the United States. She graduated from Kaplan Tech School in 2008 and has been working in the veterinary field since. Chelsea brings dependability, honesty, and friendliness to Desert View Animal Hospital and has been a great asset to the hospital. When she is not working, she likes to cook, spend time with family and friends, and watch TV with her dog, Quinneva and two cats, Cash and Zero.

Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I gained diverse experience in the automotive, medical prosthetics, and retail industries before discovering my passion for veterinary medicine. In 2023, I earned my certification as veterinary assistant and joined the team at Desert View Animal Hospital. I'm excited to continue my skills in customer service with my love for animals to make a positive impact everyday.

Rebekah was born in Chicago, Illinois but raised in Atlanta, Georgia since the of 10. She has always had a love for animals since a very young age and began her veterinary career in 2020 as a Veterinary Assistant. In May 2024, she moved to Arizona with her husband and has been with us a Desert View since June 2024. In her spare time, she likes to watch shows and sleep.

I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, where I grew up surrounded by pets, including dogs, cats, hamsters, and even a snake. My love for animals naturally led me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, which I began in March 2000 after moving to Pinetop, AZ, at the age of 14. In 2001, I returned to Phoenix to get married, and I now have two wonderful children and a home filled with cats and a dog. When I'm not working, I cherish spending time at home with my family.
