We create a welcome and valued experience by partnering with our clients to enhance the relationship with their pet. This important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. It is essential that they maintain a clean, safe, positive and professional work environment. Effective team communication is essential to maintaining a positive work culture.

The CSRs are responsible for overseeing the day-to day operations of the client service department helping assure optimal productivity and customer service. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine so they can appropriately schedule doctor visits, fill medications, and educate our clients.

CSRs help develop policies & procedures to enhance hospital performance. CSRs must maintain a professional appearance as well as demeanor and provide excellent customer service at all times.


Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.

Advanced skill requirements include but are not limited to

  • performing reminder calls

  • excellent phone and fax communications

  • maintaining proper documentation in the computerized medical record

  • managing record requests between referring veterinary clinics and specialty practices

  • acting as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and co-workers and proficient in all of the clinic's protocols.
