About the Role

The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to managers and coworkers with the goal of making the office run effectively and efficiently. Organization and a passion for customer service are key qualities necessary to excelling in the administrative position.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Management of customer service staff
Assist with Human Resources duties
Cash reconciliation and reporting
Filing and paying state sales tax
Accounts receivables
Financial reporting
Creating content and maintaining hospital website
Capturing social media content
Perform customer service duties including answering phones and welcoming clients with a smile


  • Customer service experience required

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant preferred

  • Management experience preferred

  • Technologically savvy

  • MS Office Suites (Word, Excel)

  • Google Drive, Google Docs

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Can-do attitude

  • Flexible with a sense of humor
