The purpose for which THE LIEB FOUNDATION is organized is the transactions of any and all lawful business for which non-profit corporations may be incorporated under the laws and revised statutes of the State of Arizona and the United States, as they may be amended from time-to-time.

Character of Affairs

The character of affairs of THE LIEB FOUNDATION is to establish and operate a service-function organization, including, but not limited to a low-cost, or free spay and neuter clinic for the benefit of unwanted domestic animals in the State of Arizona. All medical procedures are performed or monitored by Dr. Marilyn K. Lieb at the for-profit clinic known as Desert View Animal Hospital.
